What are you about?

Loving our city into a relationship with Jesus Christ

What are your services like?

After opening with coffee, our service begins with about 25 minutes of worship music to help you connect with God. Worship music simply is singing love songs to God instead of the guy or gal next door.

After the music we break for coffee (an important part of church) and the younger children have an opportunity to head for classes. Our morning talk offers practical messages in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. We use music, pictures, and video to communicate biblical truth in a way that is relevant to your every day life. From opening coffee to our closing song, our services are approximately 80 minutes long.

As a newcomer, you will not be embarrassed, made to stand up, made to sit in the front row, greet three people, or wear a rose. Where ever you are in your spiritual journey we encourage you to experience the love God has for you.

What if I have kids?

We know that the younger your children are, the more challenging it is to go to church! Music time works great for kids because the music is loud enough to cover them as a possible distraction - and upbeat enough if they are the "gotta move" type. During the teaching time we offer a nursery as well as classes up to grade 6.
Many of us have kids - we understand.

What is important to you as a church?

A group of people who...

  • love Jesus for they have been captured by his amazing love and kindness. As a result, their lives together become a joyful, thankful song focused on hearing from Him and pleasing Him in all they do. Our worship times together are marked by an intimate joy that draws others to want to share this same love.

  • love each other and express that love in practical tangible ways.

  • are growing deeper together as followers of Jesus.

  • are willing to forgive and be merciful to each other knowing that it is by "our love" that others will know we are (and want to be) followers of Jesus.

  • love their community and who seek to love it into a relationship with Jesus Christ, regularly going to and engaging our community in words and deeds of kindness that communicate His message of love.

  • love to be a part of this church and who regularly invite and include their unchurched friends and neighbours into their homes, lives, and church.

  • have been set free from habits, hurts, and addictions as well as physically experiencing God's healing touch.

  • are willing to be and become the hands and feet of Jesus resulting in many experiencing God's Grace on Tap!
